(1) How long is the sample leadtime?
RMS:Sample leadtime :10-20 days.
(2) How long is the production leadtime?
RMS:Production leadtime is 45-60 days.
(3) How many colors are available?
RMS:Depend on item,and we can do the color according to pantone.
(4) What is the MOQ?
RMS:Depend on item,usually is 500pcs.
(5) Would you produce OEM or ODM?
RMS:Yes,we have our own design dept and tooling dept,we can make any as you request.
(6) How can you control your quality?
a.100% inspect incoming material,if defective is over 3%,our QA will reject all of tthem.Then we will let our supplier rework.
b.NPI-before mass production,our engineer will assemble in advance,then make wI to each production line.Of course,we'll have a training meeting with related manpower.
c.During mass production-every process has IPQC,every part can only pass next process after inspection.
d.Production finished-keep monitoring at least 48hrs,the go to QA do 100% fuction and VMI inspection
